Key Responsibilities

• Preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting schedules for corporate transactions
• Assisting with the review of general ledger details and expense run-rates for necessary adjustments
• Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and providing requested information to auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of related accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
