Key Responsibilities
- Preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounting schedules for corporate transactions
- Assisting with the review of general ledger details and expense run-rates for necessary adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and providing requested information to auditors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of related accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
