Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting functions and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's general ledger and chart of accounts
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare internal financial reports
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable workflows, manage payroll processes, and lead the annual audit process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience managing month-end close and audits
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Business Central
