Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and client accounting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and financial close processes
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Strong understanding of complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
