Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join their Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute monthly close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting
• Train and mentor staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate engagement progress and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or private industry
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage Intacct
• Experience with cloud-based applications such as Bill.com and Tallie
• CPA license is desirable but not required
