Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative 2, proficient in handling escalated account and payer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex edits, appeals, and advanced account activities including settlement and refund requests
• Manage escalated account activities such as healthcare liens, bankruptcies, and fraud cases
• Act as a billing and reimbursement expert while participating in meetings with payer representatives to optimize reimbursement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable Representative 1 responsibilities
• Experience with complex account activities and payer disputes
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes
• Ability to administer financial assistance programs and direct patients to appropriate resources
