Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of out of balance adjustments/refunds within assigned completion dates
• Conduct research and maintain communications while adhering to department standards and quality expectations
• Ensure aged accounts receivable is managed according to Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in insurance, claims, cash posting, billing, or accounts receivable
• Ability to identify issues and trends with assigned payers
• Must have high-speed internet connectivity and a dedicated work-from-home space
• Intermediate Excel skills are required
