Active Directory Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-level Active Directory Support Engineer (fully remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support, design, install, customize, and maintain servers and associated components
• Provide break/fix support and maintain system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and updates
• Assist in the development of prototypes and manage system testing and application performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Active Directory and related technologies
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and architecture of Active Directory installations
• Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Azure Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP
• Ability to work on-call and during overtime hours as necessary
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in operating systems and Microsoft Office
