Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to support campaign setup, management, and client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client ad trafficking, contract fulfillment, and quality control across multiple websites
- Track, analyze, and report on advertising campaign performance, proposing optimization strategies
- Serve as the main contact for technical issues related to ad functions and vendors
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work EST or PST hours
- 1-3 years of experience in Ad Operations or a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Familiarity with ad serving systems and technology
- Basic knowledge of media campaign KPIs, such as CTR and Viewability
