Key Responsibilities

- Manage ADA claims through expert case management for cases of varying complexity
- Foster trust and rapport with employees while providing accommodation options and guidance
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in disability accommodation, absence management, or related fields
- Preferred certifications include PHR, CPDM, or ADA certification
- Proven success in supporting employees and employers regarding accommodations
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of ADA case management processes and guidelines
