Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the Provost and associated academic departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions for the Office of the Provost
  • Maintain electronic records and assist in onboarding new academic team members
  • Organize and support academic meetings and events
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Administrative experience in an academic or higher education setting preferred
