A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Enrollment, Operations and Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the VP's calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings
- Create PowerPoint presentations for townhalls and facilitate team meetings
- Arrange travel logistics and manage expense reports efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in project management and strategic planning is essential
