Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze Brokers' license and appointment status for compliance
- Review and process Broker licensing and appointment requests, including renewals and expirations
- Perform Quality Reviews of processes, identify gaps, and suggest solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Basic knowledge of NYL administrative systems
