A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist, Social Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Directors, department managers, clinicians, and/or faculty
- Manage meeting planning and schedules for individuals and teams within the assigned department group
- Handle financial responsibilities including expense report processing and vendor payments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with peers and leadership
- Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in sensitive situations
