Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages the hiring process for adjunct faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and student wage employees
  • Coordinates GTA and adjunct orientation each semester and supervises assigned student wage employees
  • Provides administrative support to the IST Chair and Associate Chairs, including financial reporting and departmental organization
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience with general office practices and equipment
  • Prior experience with financial reconciliations
  • Self-sufficient ability to use word processing, database, internet, and other PC tools
  • Demonstrated organization skills
