A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the hiring process for adjunct faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and student wage employees
- Coordinates GTA and adjunct orientation each semester and supervises assigned student wage employees
- Provides administrative support to the IST Chair and Associate Chairs, including financial reporting and departmental organization
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with general office practices and equipment
- Prior experience with financial reconciliations
- Self-sufficient ability to use word processing, database, internet, and other PC tools
- Demonstrated organization skills
