Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator/Specialist Support II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work order administration activities including scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date administration
- Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions while reporting progress to senior management
- Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the contact point for vendors to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience in defining and documenting processes for continuous improvement
- Proven experience leading complex, strategic projects
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
