Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator/Specialist Support II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work order administration activities including scheduling, material procurement, and milestone date administration
  • Coordinate workflow between Planning, Engineering, and Drafting functions while reporting progress to senior management
  • Issue work assignments, monitor quality, and act as the contact point for vendors to ensure successful project completion
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience in defining and documenting processes for continuous improvement
  • Proven experience leading complex, strategic projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
