A company is looking for an Admissions Associate, US (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, contact, and qualify inbound warm/hot leads to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support the growth of Crimson Global Academy in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM
- Update records and track lead movements within Salesforce, ensuring accurate data management
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in sales roles with a strong track record
- Experience in the education or professional services sector and familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of US, UK, and/or EU university admission standards and application processes
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to manage time and stress effectively
