Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process applications and academic records of prospective and returning students
- Provide support to Enrollment Management contact centers and assist with student inquiries
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and handle complex student situations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 18 months of experience in Admissions Verification or a related position
- Ability to type 40-50 words per minute
- Preferred post-secondary education and experience with Microsoft Office and related software
- Ability to work well in a team and represent the department professionally
