Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and faxes regarding treatment options and placement requests
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to facilitate patient placements
- Adhere to performance metrics and quality assurance standards while maintaining patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience required
- Data entry speed of 25-40 keystrokes per minute required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Ability and willingness to learn required programs and processes
