Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Support Associate to provide administrative and coordination support within the Admissions Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data including student inquiries and applications into the Admissions Information System
- Review incoming student applications for accuracy and ensure proper routing
- Admit and matriculate prospective students while following up with Admissions Officers as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience is required
- Two years of college education is required
- Must reside in the PST time-zone for remote work or live in the Little Rock, Birmingham, or Montgomery area for hybrid work
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required
- Must be able to travel occasionally based on business needs
