Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis to resolve service orders and trouble tickets
- Isolate and resolve complex problems using subject matter expertise
- Provide operational support and training to field technicians and other employees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Trouble Tickets via Remedy and IOP
- First Call Resolution (FCR) experience in an inbound call center
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Sales, Billing, and Technical Support
