Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to spearhead the growth and success of its global affiliate program and co-marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and partnership specialists to align with company goals
• Strategically grow and manage the affiliate program, driving performance through data-driven decisions and innovative acquisition strategies
• Identify and establish co-marketing partnerships to expand reach and foster long-term relationships with key partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships, including team management
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate/partnership programs for subscriptions on a global scale
• Strong background in investing/equity markets
• Practical experience with affiliate platforms and understanding of tracking and commission protocols
• Experience managing and growing a high-performing team
