Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agency and Client Management Assistant (EPIC).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support Surplus Lines Agency Bill invoicing and ensure timely payments
- Manage Surplus Lines administrative tasks, including email distribution and agent code research
- Provide support for Group Personal Excess, including certificate distribution and invoice creation
Qualifications:
- Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 Year College associate degree or equivalent job experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
