Agile Coach (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach in the Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile Coach for multiple Agile teams supporting mission-critical applications
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate Agile events at scale
• Enable continuous improvement through Agile health assessments and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong expertise in Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
• Proven experience coaching Agile teams in complex, multi-team environments
• Experience coordinating across third-party vendors and distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Jira Align, or Azure DevOps
