Agile Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Development Manager - Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and cloud engineers in designing and managing cloud-native infrastructure
• Own and evolve enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms and architect a robust Istio-based service mesh
• Drive modernization through GitOps-based CI/CD workflows and optimize AWS environments using Infrastructure-as-Code practices

Required Qualifications

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or NewRelic
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
