Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Program Support Specialist to support Agile teams and product managers in delivering digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline Agile reporting by validating and compiling key metrics for internal and client-facing reports
- Optimize tooling and workflows by providing expert-level support in collaboration tools and automating processes
- Assist with issue and bug management by tracking and documenting recurring problems and contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Agile IT projects in roles such as Scrum Master or Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience on large-scale digital service or IT projects, preferably in State or Federal Government
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Expertise in Jira, including process automation and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Mural, Confluence, MS Teams, and Google Suite
