Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices to deliver high-quality products
• Facilitate all Scrum events and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices
• Track progress, manage scope, and support communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in product/project development on an Agile team
• First-level PM and Scrum Master certification (PMI-PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of financial controls and budget tracking in project management
