AI Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Technical Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze workflows to identify AI enhancement opportunities
• Collaborate with business owners to define goals and translate needs into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Manage testing and validation of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis
• Expertise in workflow mapping and drafting effective BRDs
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and working knowledge of LLMs and agent workflows
• Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies are a plus
