AI Governance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Governance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer-facing AI outputs for quality, compliance, and ethical alignment
• Support responsible AI practices by codifying policies and developing internal education initiatives
• Track and report on AI adoption and usage, creating dashboards to enhance understanding of performance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science)
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on evaluating system behavior
• Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, particularly LLMs and natural language applications
• Experience with program coordination, QA, documentation, or education is a plus
• (Optional) Technical experience in scripting, data analysis, or prototyping tools is a plus
