Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and NLP to enhance public services and internal processes
• Design and implement AI-powered semantic search capabilities and conversational AI tools
• Develop systems for generating plain-language summaries of complex regulatory text

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, preferably in government contracting
• At least 5 years in software engineering, with 3 years focused on machine learning or NLP
• Expertise in prompt engineering and large language models
• Extensive experience with chatbot frameworks and conversational flow design
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
