AI Process Automation Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Process Automation Team Lead - Nuclear.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to identify, design, and implement AI- and automation-driven improvements across nuclear engineering domains
• Collaborate to ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, IT, and regulatory standards, while developing intelligent tools for various engineering tasks
• Build an automation roadmap, monitor project performance, and manage project risks and scope impacts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, process automation, or AI/ML, ideally in a regulated domain
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering technical solutions at scale
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, Power Automate, and RPA platforms
• Familiarity with engineering documentation systems and nuclear QA/QC protocols
