AI Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Engineer to drive AI agent workflows and enhance scientific research collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows and infrastructure for reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve response quality, latency, and robustness of the RAG pipeline
• Monitor system performance and costs, establishing best practices for prompt engineering and model deployment

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping complex backend and AI/ML features to real users
• Hands-on experience with full stack agent behaviors, LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup
• Ability to move from idea to production quickly
• Strong focus on building and optimizing systems
