Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor for a General AI program (B2B).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online training sessions using prepared scripts developed by instructional designers
• Mentor students during 1-1 video calls, providing deeper explanations of concepts and supporting assignments
• Host webinars and educational events, and communicate with students via Q&A style video sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven professional experience in digital-focused roles such as EdTech Specialist or Instructional Designer
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Comfortable utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline tasks
• Experience conducting training focused on soft skills and managerial competencies
• Understanding of motivational design principles in education is highly desirable
