A company is looking for an AI Research Manager to oversee research projects in Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of research projects, including coding and technical development
• Manage project execution from ideation to deployment, ensuring quality delivery and efficient resource use
• Develop and implement research strategy aligning with company goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as an AI researcher with 3+ years in developing GenAI technologies
• Strong background in parallel/distributed computing, preferably on the cloud
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with version control systems
