Job Title: Airbnb Cleaner (Subcontractor)
Location: Woodland Park and Florissant
Job Type: Subcontractor / Independent Contractor
Compensation: payment will be per project but it will be roughly $25 per hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented subcontractor to join our short-term rental cleaning team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our Airbnb properties are spotless, guest-ready, and meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and reset Airbnb properties between guest stays
• Launder and replace linens and towels
• Restock essential supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.)
• Perform basic inspections and report damages or missing items
• Ensure each property meets our cleaning checklist and Airbnb’s expectations
Requirements:
• Prior cleaning experience, ideally in Airbnb or hotel settings
• Reliable transportation (all wheel or 4×4) and ability to travel to various properties
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
• Will need to provide some cleaning supplies (microfiber towels, all purpose cleaner and scrub brushes) Most properties have mop, vacuum etc
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor
• Willingness to drive to Florissant for jobs
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with turnover cleaning apps (e.g., Turno, Taskbird)

I’m a small business owner based out of Colorado Springs. I specialize in short term rental cleaning. I have an extremely high attention to detail which is what my clients love about me. I have many projects in Woodland Park and Florissant and would like to have someone in that area on my team!
