A company is looking for a Project-Based Customer Service - FEMA Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide information related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
- Assess caller needs and direct them to appropriate resources or agencies for assistance
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls and adhere to FEMA policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Entry-level position with 6 months to over a year of customer service experience required
- Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
