Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alliance Operations Manager to support operational needs for Strategic and Foundational Alliance partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational support for Foundational Alliances, including deal registration and funding management
- Collaborate with the Growth Operations team to produce reports and insights related to Alliance relationships
- Manage partner revenue tagging and contact data in the CRM for accurate reporting and marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business or marketing operations, or business management
- Expertise in partner ecosystems related to technology services
- Knowledge of partner technologies and sales automation systems
- Experience in defining and implementing sales procedures
