Amazon Connect Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Developer responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing customer engagement systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain voice and chat contact flows using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda
• Develop and integrate conversational chatbots with backend systems while optimizing system performance
• Author and maintain serverless functions and Infrastructure as Code for AWS resource provisioning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with AWS solutions, including two years specifically with Amazon Connect
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) and/or Python for Lambda development
• Familiarity with Amazon Lex, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or CDK)
• Ability to translate business requirements into high-availability contact experiences with knowledge of telephony and chat best practices
