Analyst Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Programmer to support the administration and development of a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Slate portals, forms, queries, and user roles
• Develop custom workflows and troubleshoot system behaviors using SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
• Provide end-user support and training while maintaining technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training and experience
• Experience configuring and supporting CRM systems, particularly Slate
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic scripting languages such as HTML or JavaScript
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
