Analytics Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager (Data Engineering & Analytics) to lead the development of a scalable data delivery and analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Translate business needs into technical requirements by collaborating with engineering, analytics, and reporting teams
• Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient, and self-healing data platforms

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software or data product management, preferably in healthcare benefits or related industries
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and data quality
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
• Understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA, CCPA)
