Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytics Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team
• Design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions that drive business decisions
• Present analytics insights and recommendations to senior management

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading an Analyst team
• At least 4 years of analytical expertise
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred)
• Experience building and scaling analytical processes and team capabilities
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure, ETL, and business metrics
