Appeals Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator - Appeals to join their Fed NSA team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more process areas
• Analyze data submitted for Independent Medical Review and track deadlines for complex cases
• Respond to inquiries from participants in the Independent Medical Review process

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience required
• Current experience supporting the Fed NSA program required
• Ability to work a schedule of 7:00am-3:30pm EST Monday - Friday required
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
