Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall workflow of appeals as assigned
  • Provide coaching & mentoring for a team of analysts in handling reviews
  • Ensure compliance deadlines are met and assist in updating relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with appeals, including knowledge of job aids and workflows
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or GED
