Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall workflow of appeals as assigned
- Provide coaching & mentoring for a team of analysts in handling reviews
- Ensure compliance deadlines are met and assist in updating relevant policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with appeals, including knowledge of job aids and workflows
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED
