Application Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers in application development using Microsoft technologies
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in application development, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, C#, and Azure services
• Experience managing Agile development teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
