Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Administrator to join their IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Fiserv Premier, Byte LOS, and other banking applications
- Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents and lead root cause investigations
- Perform updates, patches, and application configurations in line with change control processes
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of application support experience in financial services
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv Premier and/or Byte LOS strongly preferred
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, scripting, and working with remote support tools
- Familiarity with banking systems integrations and role-based access controls
