Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Engineer EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier support for applications and collaborate with IT and end users for holistic design and ownership
- Proactively improve system uptime and coordinate software patching and upgrades across departments
- Support the IT team with service desk responsibilities, including desktop and mobile device support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E / MCA) degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar function
- Knowledge of commonly used eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Brainspace, Nuix) is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL query language
- Understanding of Linux-based operating systems, VMware ESXi, and SAN/NAS storage systems is a plus
