Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and services to corporate and field associates
- Work as part of the User Support Services team to understand and meet business objectives
- Support business applications through phone and ticket assistance
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in end-user computing and application support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple operating systems
- Experience with Internet browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
- B.S. in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or relevant certification preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service/support experience
