Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraisal Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process appraisal orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Place new and rush appraisal orders, including final inspection orders
• Provide updates to Appraisers and Mortgage Bankers while performing other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to perform multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
