Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for area staff, including managing communications and organizing events
- Maintain donor and leader databases, ensuring compliance and accurate tracking of donations
- Assist in onboarding new volunteers and provide training for area staff and leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school education or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 55 to 60 words per minute with few errors
- Basic accounting skills and strong organizational abilities
