Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavior Technician to manage a caseload of clients and support positive behavioral changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of 25-32 clients, meeting in various community settings
- Identify behavioral triggers and teach clients effective coping strategies
- Educate families, caregivers, and professionals on behavior modification techniques
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with 1 year of experience, or an associate's degree with 6 months of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a human services-related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted fingerprint clearance card
- Valid Arizona driver's license and current auto insurance
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
