Arizona Licensed Family Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Support Specialist (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and create, implement, and assess treatment plans for children/youth in foster care
• Link children/youth and families with community resources and provide education on behavior management techniques
• Encourage co-parenting and successful transitions for children/youth between foster and birth families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree in a Human Service field with 1 year of experience
• Active and valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and satisfactory background check results
• Current Arizona State Driver's License with a good driving record for the past 3 years
• Active personal vehicle registration and liability insurance
